Main Tasks and responsibilities

  • Booking of shipments using different types of systems/portals
  • Preparing and issuing of required export documents
  • Packing of spare parts and small shipments
  • Contributing to accuracy and effectiveness in the department through improvement of routines and processes
  • Communication with internal departments, sister companies, customers and freight forwarders


  • Ability to handle challenges in a multi-tasking job
  • Education in logistics and/or relevant experience from similar position
  • Experience with ERP systems, WEB portals and MS Office tools
  • Genuine interest for shipping and logistics
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian, oral and written
