About the job:
As a student Assistant in our PI Hospital Tender Department, you will become a key stakeholder for our Belgium PI market, focusing on supporting the development of the hospital segment. In close dialogue with the Tender- and Portfolio Development Team, you will be responsible for the product identification and evaluation, and together with our Belgian Country Manager, you will take lead in building-up relations to the Hospital Pharmacies.

We expect the position will require 10-15 hours per week working from the office in Odense.

You enjoy establishing and maintaining business relations and you work focused with your projects in a dynamic environment where unforeseen obstacles occur.

To be considered for the job, it is vital that you can communicate fluently in French, Flemish, and English, both verbally and written. Furthermore, you must have good IT skills, an analytic approach, a good sense of structure, and it is key that you are quickly able to grasp the understanding of complex matters.

We imagine that you are currently studying Business Administration & Economics or similar relevant business oriented study from a business college. However, your personal attitude and team spirit are the essentials.

Who are we?
We are a dedicated team of five Tender Managers, who is leading our growing Hospital Business in the PI Hospital Department. We work alongside with our colleagues in Portfolio Development, Portfolio Management, and Sales Support. We are an international team with room for differences. We have an informal tone in our shared office with approx. 300 others colleagues at our head office in Odense (5 km from the University of Southern Denmark).
