The WW Product Cost group provides analytical support for critical cost data including standard and actual costs for Apple. You will be responsible for the monthly consolidation of all component costs for the creation of finished goods purchase orders(POs). You will partner with multiple Global Supply Managers, Business Operations Team members, and Contract Manufacturers to consolidate the finished good costs each month. This role offers both internal and external exposure along with the opportunity to learn the products from the ground-up. This position will require a highly organized individual who can problem solve, balancing multiple deliverables while building strong working relationships with numerous teams. - 2-3 years business planning, operations and/or financial planning and analysis experience.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task with a certain level of ambiguity.
- Someone who enjoys working cross functionally and partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate costing of Finished Good POs.
- Highly organized.
- Driven individuals who find joy in the details.
Primary Responsibilities Include: - Setting worldwide monthly purchase order costs including analysis and commentary on variances. - Auditing Purchase Price Variance claims from contract manufacturers. - BOM management and coordination with OEMs worldwide to validate costs. - Ad Hoc Analysis and support for BizOps and Procurement Organization. - Advanced Excel skills are required. - Tableau, SAP and FileMaker are a plus.
