Nordic Marketing Graduate - About The Role
We are looking for a new talent for a Nordic Marketing Graduate role for ACUVUE® Contact Lenses, located in our Johnson & Johnson Stockholm office in Solna, Sweden. This graduate program will last over a 12-months period. The role reports directly to the Nordic Marketing Manager.
Support brand operations with accountability for excellent execution of the biggest contact lens brand globally ACUVUE®, with special focus on Nordic Key Account marketing activations, targeting both consumers and Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) in and outside of store.
- You will work in partnership with Nordic colleagues to develop and implement strategic and innovative customer education/value programs. Your focus will be to ensure localization, crafting, implementation of insights-based digital marketing and communications programs and materials targeting ECPs, customers and consumers, in collaboration with customer groups.
- You will not only be the marketing lead of fairs and events targeting opticians, but will also function as a marketing asset specialist, who supports partners with the optimization of creation and storage of promotional assets over all offline channels.
Support For Our Graduate:
We are a mixed group of people from different parts of the organisation who will support you in your development right from the start. You will not only interact with the Nordic Marketing team, but work tightly with Key Accounts Managers, Account Managers, Professional Education team, and our Regional EMA team located in the U.K. Exposure to the Leadership team will happen frequently.
